The role holder is responsible to lead the entire project management cycle from planning, coordination with relevant stakeholders, execution and validation. The role holder is to align the project to support KBZ’s vision in building a world-class agile technology organization. This is done by building strong partnership with key VCGMs in order to ensure that project is completed within budget and agreed timeline.

• Defines the scope of project, roles and responsibilities along with various stakeholders.
• Manages technical projects throughout project management cycle to ensure success delivery and adhered to standards of scope, budget and timeline.
• Manages all levels of service delivery which includes design, analysis, testing and setting up of solutions.
• Analyzes and resolves problems associated with technical issue, project resources and project integration.
• Prepares reports periodically for Steering and Stakeholder level decision making and decision support.
• Collaborates with relevant stakeholders internally and externally for delivery of projects.
• Assess the allocation of budget, staff and any other resources that are needed for delivery of assigned project.
• Provides technical advice and to facilitate between technical and business teams.
• Evaluates complex issues and mitigate through development of solutions.

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working on multiple Technology Platform in project management capacity.
• Able to command in both English and Myanmar.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to partner with technical and business teams.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
