-To Handle all Tech recruiting process from end to end process smoothly
-Responsible in preparing materials and posting jobs ads to appropriate job board
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates using online or offline
- Screenings candidate resumes and job applications
- Attending some events like job fairs, startup challenge, marketing activities to expand the recruitment network
- Performing in-person and phone interview with candidates and Arranging interview
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefit during screening process

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any graduate who really interested in recruiting.
Experience in recruiting, attracting suitable candidate
Strong in computing skill, interpersonal skill and teamwork player.
