 Frontline management in Service Support. Responsible to recruiting, training, and supervising the Service Engineering staff. Responsible for assisting Service Engineers staff with the prioritization and completion of work assignments.

 Follow the procedures /processes and measures for workflow. Forges strong working relationship with TSS staff and other functional leaders. Leads an effective conflict resolution process to balance multiple demands.


 Analyze service event data to develop a detailed understanding of the parts consumption and component life for Genset products. Build a data-based understanding of the life cycle cost of genset components. Coordinate circle spares executive Just-In-Time (JIT) planning, how to do value stream mapping for establish a material procurement time, develop and implement to the pull system achieve inventory accuracy, have a visual work flow, and match material flow.

 Spends roughly equal percentages of time on planning, instructional design, training delivery, and training implementation activities. Coordinates training and tracks employee participation. Consults with managers and subject matter experts on training subjects.


 Conduct training programs once in every month basis toward fault trend analysis / Technical capability improvement. Take proactive actions for improvement in utility performance.

 Reduce maintenance cost by reviewing current maintenance practices for appropriate actions to reduce life cycle cost; (ii) create data-based life cycle cost models; (iii) refresh life cycle cost models periodically.


 Preparation of Fund request for spares & services for planed & unplanned events consideration.

 Identify vendor & evaluate with stock level strength & technical staff capability


 Ensure MIS to be provide as per stakeholder requirement & pre defined time frame

 Cost saving & quality services analytic report on IN house rectification.

 B.E in Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile with 5-12 years of experience in the rectification

 Proven ability to work effectively both independently & team based environment.

 Ability to Proper and effective utilization of resources
