Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Setup of TRC center for repair and Testing
2. Management of Received faulty modules from various Customers
3. Marking and record keeping on Modules ( as per R&R process)
4. Identification of Faults and preparation of spares parts list
5. Support in arranging Spare parts from Local market ( if available)
6. Repair of modules as per OEM recommendation limits and testing on load
7. Providing Documents for repaired Modules ( Indicating pre & post Pics , Load testing pics etc)
8 .Updating in material register as serviced / scrapped
9. Support in completion of Repair & Return Process ( R&R process)
10.The modules covered are rectifier modules, Battery Chargers, Control Cards of DG, SMPS & SVS.
11. Preparing Reports and Submission for the Analysis
12. Support in identification of New Business Opportunities
13. Support in keeping Spare Stock for Various type of Modules
14. Support in Battery regeneration process

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Rectifier Repair, SMPS, Battery Bank, etc.
