• Manage the after sales service on all the company’s product in Myanmar.
• Educate consumers and plumbers for sanitaryware and tiles installation.
• Support local distributors and dealers for product and technical related queries and issues.
• Manage all customer complaints and recommend preventive measures.
• Support the Country Manager on the business development and expansion of tiles business.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Engineering or related field.
• Must have at least 5 to 8 years of after sales experience preferably in the building materials industry.
• Good skill in AutoCAD or design program.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to speak and write English language well.
• Possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
• Must be prepared to travel across Myanmar.
