- အလုပ္ရံု ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားကို အလုပ္တာဝန္ သတ္မွတ္ခြဲေဝေပးရမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္းခြင္အတြင္း ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၊ လုပ္ငန္းသံုးပစၥည္းမ်ား၊ လုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာမ်ား လံုၿခံဳမွဳရွိေစရန္ႏွင့္ သန္႔ရွင္းသပ္ရပ္မွဳရွိေစရန္ ၾကီးၾကပ္ရမည္။
- အလုပ္တာဝန္မ်ားကို စနစ္တက် နွင့္ စည္းကမ္းတက် လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ ၾကီးၾကပ္ကြပ္ကဲရမည္။
- ကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ားကို စနစ္တက် စီမံခန္႔ခြဲႏိုင္ၿပီး Customer၏ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို အေကာင္းဆံုး ေျဖရွင္းေပးႏိုင္ရမည္။
- အလုပ္ရုံ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား တက္ၾကြစြာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရန္ ႏွင့္ ေကာင္းစြာ စီမံခန္ ့ခဲြနုိင္ရမည္။

Job Requirements

- ႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးမွဴးတာဝန္ျဖင့္ အနည္းဆံုး လုပ္သက္ (၃)ႏွစ္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္းတာဝန္မ်ားကို သတ္မွတ္ရက္အတြင္း ၿပီးေျမာက္ေအာင္ ထက္ျမက္တက္ၾကြစြာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားနွင့္ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္တာမ်ားကို ႀကီးၾကပ္ႏိုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- သင္ယူလိုစိတ္ရွိၿပီး၊ ယံုၾကည္စိတ္ခ်ရသူ၊ စနစ္တက် လုပ္ကုိင္ႏိုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အဖြဲ႕အစည္းႏွင့္ အခ်ိန္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ စီမံႏိုင္ရမည္။
