Job Description

• Handling all marketing activities within the marketing
• Creation and planning of on ground activities in line with marketing plans.
• Providing reports and activity updates to management.
• Preparing the SMS Text to announce the promotion activities
• Take overall charge of the enquiries, complaints and requests from clients in any kinds of communications including but not limited to email, espace, we chat, phone
• Follow up complaints and coordinate with team members to close them.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls - Generate sales leads - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction -
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Experience in mobile application, software engineer and marketing or customer service

• IT graduate
• Excellent computer skills .
• Minimum 2 years experiences in relevant field
• Excellent customer service and communication and ability to work independently and good sense of teamwork, paying attention to detail and persistent ,highly trustworthy ,accurate.
• Good time management skills ,organized and flexibility ,high motivation , problem solving, ability to work under pressure , leadership.
• Age 22~ 26
