Technical lead on teams to deliver innovation and optimization/improvement the bakery project.
Implementation of innovation & renovation for technical support in the market . Implement/execute product/packaging/process development activities to achieve customer satisfaction
Collaborate internally and externally (marketing, ingredient & pack material suppliers, etc.) in a team environment to develop, industrialize, and launch new products, quality improvements, compliance, and productivity cost savings.
Provide technical support for baking and product knowledge to customers
Share baking knowledge and experience to increase the overall knowledge, understanding, and performance of Customer Support department.
to expand bakery knowledge through involvement in bakery school classes and support to team and customer .
Can do additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary / assigned.

Holding a Bachelor Degree
Must have sense of innovation and at least 5-7 yrs related experiences
Having good management skill, presentation skill
