o Support implemented hardware, network and software systems
o Salary up to 1000 USD plus other benefits

About the Company

Our client is one of the Top - Tier Benchmark Schools in Myanmar.

The Role

● Provide technical services department and communicate with customers by person, email or phone
● Work with international stakeholders and manage daily workload and projects
● Deploy daily work of contracted services to ensure efficient remedy of Help Desk support requests and to user via ticketing system
● Assist to purchase process, configure and install new devices
● Plan and conduct staff development related to the use of hardware and productivity software (Mac OS, Windows, MS Office, Gmail, etc.)

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in IT
● At least 3 years of experiences in technology development
● Proficient in supporting Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS client computing environments
● Good knowledge in technologies such as LCD Projectors, audio components, document cameras
● Good experience in troubleshooting basic networking issues by using web 2.0 tools (prefer)
● A good level of English is required for this position
