Monitor the implementation & operation of defined controls and recommendations on an ongoing basis via client Team. Support all Project & Operations as Level 1 support. Understand operator's working guidelines, technology, framework etc. Make policy changes as per guidelines are given by Client. Patch updating and signature pattern updating required for firewall / IDS. Application of Security patches for OS / DB and other Applications Rigorous. Change Management with respect changes to App. Provide Tech Support using FAQs/MOPs and assign problems to backend support team if higher level support is required. Interact with customers for front-ending all Support related issues. Raise Ticket to third party vendor for Hardware support. Ensure the closer of cases with in defined Support SLAs. Skills:Functional: Experience in L1 Support in Telco/VAS space. Basic understanding SMSC, USSD & other telecom and Networking, VAS domain, SS7 and telecom concepts.
