Technical Requirements
- Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, PostgreSQL (or) Oracle (Java is main and others are optional)
- System Development experience at least 6 years & Management experience at least 2 years

- Can lead all project members, planning and problem-solving skill, communication with customers, reporting skill, can manage resource of 10- 20 members in one project
- Good command of English, and Japanese would be plus
