Responsibilities

• Operate the machine efficiently to achieve agreed production targets while giving the updates on the machine performance and tasks.
• Support Technical Operators in attending to any machine breakdowns promptly.
• Carrying out planned maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Support the operatives to ensure proper machine settings across the factory to ensure good quality.
• Carry out modifications to improve on performance following a decision to do so by the manager.
• Ensure key sub-assembly spares are available when required and in good condition.
• Carry out machine conversions when necessary.

Job Requirements

• B.E (Mechanical) with minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing field. (Prefer Experience with Cigarette Manufacturing)
• Good Communication of English and Computer literacy
• Good Communication & Presentation skills
