• Conducting the hold seminars and workshops and teach agronomists in the company, farmers and distributors about different kinds of fertilizers available in the company.
• To give training to all operation staff for product training.
• Must be well organized fertilizer demonstration.
• Providing business gathering reports and good standard rendering.
• Testing the field trial to check the characteristics of the crop by collaboration with the key farmers
• Monitoring selected field area within the market area.
• Provide technological training for sales employees.
• Must lead to team and have a technically competency
• Must be able to serve in any area.

Job Requirements
- B.Agr.Sc (or) Dip.Agr.
- Good in Microsoft word, Excel and Power point.
- At least 3 years and above work experience in technician field.
- Have a driving skill.
