Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Installation/Repair/Troubleshoot/Diagnose of all the products supplied by the company
Travel to customer location to install, instruct, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair the appliances to ensure top product performance
Maintain high-quality customer service and care during field visits or dispatches
Produce timely and detailed service reports/vouchers
Properly obtaining and documenting customer complaints and taking pictures of products at customer’s house
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Liaise with Senior/Lead Technician to troubleshoot and solve problems if needed
Promoting and Selling Additional Products and Services
Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by seniors

Job Requirements

2- 4 years working experiences and Engineering trainee also welcome.
A Technical degree or certification in related filed is preferred but not required
Ability to self-learn
Passionate about customer service
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
English literacy preferred
Able to read schematic and follow trouble shooting diagrams to diagnose errors
Able to travel across the country
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance
