• Responsible for commissioning and troubleshooting the related services from Network Management System.(NMS)
• Responsible for monitoring the network system to ensure networks are stable to all user.
• Troubleshooting issues related to the clients at the management system.
• Responsible for service commissioning and technical support for customer complaint center.
• If require, that position must be worked by day and night shift.

Job Requirements

• AGTI (EC, IT) or B.Sc(Physics, Maths).
• At Least 2 years experience in related fields.
• Can use Microsoft Office, Computer Networking.
• English 4 skills is more preferred.
