Middle School Computer Lab

Responsible for ensuring computers and Universal Power Supplies are properly turned off at the end of the day.

Monitor computer lab booking calendar and ensure UPS and computers are turned on for an incoming class.

Notify IT if issues arise with the computers, UPSs, projector, etc., submit maintenance form if needed.

MAP proctoring as needed for several weeks both in the spring and fall and assist in training other local staff in MAP proctoring and monitoring test sessions.

Substitute /cover other classes when teachers are out as needed.

Co-Teach Classes

Media Arts & Yearbook Grade 7
• Instruct students in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills for the purpose of producing the MS Yearbook, and other similar products.
• Google Suite products/applications
• Maps, Sheets, Docs, etc.
• Word publishing
• Basic/introductory coding activities with Scratch, Code.org, etc.

Media Arts & Yearbook Grade 8
• Instruct students in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and possibly Illustrator skills for the purpose of producing the MS Yearbook, and other similar products.
• Word publishing
• Instruct students in illustrator and animation features/applications
• Video production with either Premiere or other accessible video editing program(s)
• Basic/introductory coding activities with Scratch, Code.org, Codeacademy.com etc.

ALL classes require assessment marks in the gradebook for Report Card data. Work with the teacher to ensure student data is reported.

- Must be a university graduate.
- Must have Excellent communication skill.
