• Persuade customers to purchase a product.
• Explain products and prices and answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target.
• Answer telephone calls from customers.
• Handle telephone or email correspondence from customers; follow up initial contacts.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
• Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about customers.
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Handling complaints.
• Reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Coordinates activities with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Other duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (Any Graduate)
• Preferred working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in utilizing of MS Office Software (Word, Excel) and capable of typing both English and Myanmar.
• Ability to work well with people is essential.
• Proficiency in telephone communications required; must be an excellent listener.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive skills
• Travel sometime
