1. Ensuring to manage the operation and customer and operate CBS(Core Banking System) and complete customer's transaction application.
2. Ensuring to achieve the teller customer service standards
3. Ensuring in reporting to top management in daily, weekly, monthly operations
4. Provide high-quality service to customers.
5. Provide guidance and training to the tellers, and supervise the work of the tellers.
6. Complete the tasks assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

1. Must be graduated in Accounting/Finance/Economy and related majors;
2. Learning spirit and teamwork spirit;
3. Be able to invest a lot of time in learning new business, and have good compressive capacity;
4. English 4-Skills and Chinese (prefer);
5. More than 5 years’ experience in banking and management level;
6. Skilled in computer operation.
