An Exciting Opportunity for ...

A Territory Development Manager (TDM) is responsible for the sale of a business’ products or services in a specified region or geographical area which is Lower Myanmar.
The TDM will provide ongoing support to distribute the product with the help of Supervisors and Sales Representative.
Initially he would be looking after Yangon and upcountry market and after successful performance for one year he may be given RSM position, if deemed fit.
TDM ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.

• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed company’s-set goals.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals. Keeping market intelligence of competition.
• Collaborating with Team to establish and execute a sales goal for the territory and region.
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques. RTM understanding and route riding with sales team.
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, execution and regular meetings.
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvement.
• Controlling company’s expenses by managing efficiency.
• Controlling Amount Receivable.
• Managing budget as per company’s AOP.
• Excellent understanding of Sales and distribution. Finding the gap of distribution and then filling the same gap with the help of team.
• Managing MT, GT, HORECA and Alternate channel.
