To plan sales activities and PJP ahead for next three months
Check randomly for Display, coverage, achievement, distribution process and guide necessary action to subordinates & market concerns
Monitor the sales trends, display , distribution and coordinate with team members on lack of sales & discipline
To provide timely sales evaluation report to Channel Manager
To accomplish the assign task on their own creativity
To analyze market situation and give comments and suggestion
To effectively communicate and solve with internal and external customer
To help the subordinates to accomplish their tasks to complete the goal as well as personal requirements
