Job PurposeDistribution setup and channel operations, Sales target achievement, E balance and cash management, merchandising and visibility.Key Responsibilities• Distributor shortlisting and appointment as per business plan and business guide lines • Shortlisting and appointment of channel sales executives in agreement with distributors and Regional Head• POS selection and appointment as per guidelines and dimensioning• POS registration and verification as MFS regulatory norms• Coordination with MFS ops team for POS onboarding• E balance and Cash float management• Monitor and provide guidance Distributors and POS to achieve sales and service targets• POS/ DTRs and CSE training and regular updates• Gate meeting at DTR premises for daily briefing and day end review• Ensuring DTR performance and ROI/ investments in line business plan• Drive, review and achieve sales targets• Monitor the issue resolution of Partner Channel to ensure issues are properly resolved within the agreed SLA• Competition tracking and suggest innovative and counter strategies• Provide direction to CSEs, design route plans and monitor adherence • Ensuring verious SLA and KPIs with POS and CSE.• Support trade marketing in planning and estimation of merchandising items, execution at POS level• Support trade marketing team for POS engagement activities, DTR events etc planned from time to time• Ensure that one own area of assignments and contributions are appropriate to meet organization needs while pursuing improved performance• Ensure timely communication of trade schemes and understanding of the same to CSE/ POS• Continuously update oneself with changes in related trend, which affect tools, processes, systems, and frameworks relevant to the role, in order to maintain knowledge levels required to perform complicated tasks• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate supervisor
Experience & Qualifications• This position need to travel 90% around territory area. • Tertiary Education in Business, Economics or Marketing or related field preferable however not essential• 3+ years relevant sales and marketing experiences Distribution, FMCG, Telecommunications or Retail Business is preferred• Familiar with retail environment, dealers and channel management • Strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment emphasizing on merchandising, promotion and partnerships • Ability to create and implement business strategies that grow sales & margins and manage key business metrics • Innovative and creative-ability to identify and evaluate creative ideas, focusing on those that will create competitive advantage• Good interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent Communication Skills with proficiency in English language• Thoughtful leader who is passionate about leading, coaching and developing people and building a winning team
