​Job Description
• Key Responsibilities Distributor short listing and appointment as per business plan.
• POS selection and appointment as per guideline and dimensioning.
• POS registration and verification as MFS regulatory norms.
• Coordination with MFS ops team for POS on boarding.
• E balance and Cash float management.
• Monitor and provide guidance Distributors and POS to achieve sales and service targets.
• POS/ DTRs and CSE training and regular updates.
• Gate meeting at DTR premises for daily briefing and day end review and weekly review.
• Ensuring DTR performance and ROI/ investments in line business plan.
• Drive, review and achieve sales targets

• Monitor the issue resolution of Partner Channel to ensure issues are properly resolved within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Competition tracking and suggest innovative and counter strategies.
• Provide direction to CSEs, design route plans and monitor adherence.
• Ensuring various SLA and KPIs with POS and CSE.
• Support trade marketing in planning and estimation of merchandising items, execution at POS level.
• Support trade marketing team for POS engagement activities, DTR events etc planned from time to time.
• Ensure that one own area of assignments and contributions are appropriate to meet organization needs while pursuing improved performance.
• Ensure timely communication of trade schemes and understanding of the same to CSEI POS.
• Continuously update oneself with changes in related trend, which affect tools, processes, systems, and frameworks relevant to the role, in order to maintain knowledge levels required to perform complicated tasks.
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, Education in Business, Economics or Marketing related fields are preferable.
• Over (3) years relevant sales and marketing experiences Distribution, FMCG, Telecommunications or Retail Business is preferred.
• Familiar with retail environment, dealers and channel management.
• Strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment emphasizing on merchandising, promotion and partnerships.
• Ability to create and implement business strategies that grow sates & margins and manage key business metrics.
• Innovative and creative-ability to identify and evaluate creative ideas, focusing on those that will create competitive advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills with proficiency in English language.
• Thoughtful leader who is passionate about leading, coaching and developing people and building a winning team.
