Shortlisting and appointment of Channel Sales Executive (CSE) in agreement with distributors and Regional HeadE balance and Cash Float managementMonitor and provide guidance distributors and POS to achieve sales and service targetsDrive, review and achieve sales targetsProvide direction to CSEs, design route plans and monitor adherenceSupport trade marketing in planning and estimation of merchandising items, execution at POS levelSupport trade marketing team for POS engagement activities, DTR events etc planned from time to timeEnsure that one own area of assignments and contributions are appropriate to meet organization needs while pursuing improved performanceEnsure timely communication of trade schemes and understanding of the same to CSE/POS
Tertiary Education in Business, Economics or Marketing or related field preferable however not essential3+ years relevant sales and marketing experiences Distribution, FMCG, Telecommunications or Retail Business is preferredFamiliar with retail environment, dealers and channel managementStrong record of creating a winning vision in an environment emphasizing on merchandising, promotion and partnershipsAbility to create and implement business strategies that grow sales & margins and manage key business metricsInnovative and creative-ability to identify and evaluate creative ideas, focusing on those that will create competitive advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent communication skills with proficiency in English languageThoughtful leader who is passionate about leading, coaching and developing people and building a winning team
