* To manage and supervise 25-30 Territory Support Officers under control to provide end to end operation support to the branches for Agent Banking Operations.
* Ensuring that all compliance regulations are met.
* Manage and train the team to be at full capacity and maximum efficiency.
* Keeping up to date with market developments, new products and all other areas that can affect the markets.
