• Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and team
• Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
• Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
• Hire, train, and supervise cooks and team
• Order and maintain an inventory of food and supplies
• Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards

Job Requirements

• At least Matriculation class passed and diploma in professional cuisine is preferred
• At least 5 years experiences in related field
• Leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Perfect knowledge and can manage Thai Cuisine.
