Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Answering inquires regarding flight schedules, dos and don’ts to the customers.
2. Assist in customers in all queries.
3. Every day check the ticket booking dead line.
6. Assist to flight tickets booking for clients, customers and our package tour
7. Issue the tickets & prepare the exchange order
8. Ensure customers’ name and identification are correct
9. Preparing payments
10. Responsible for customer service
11. Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information
12. Support marketing and promotional project or events
14. Assist to ticketing executive

Job Requirements

1 to 2 years of related experience
knowledge of customer service skills
Must have willing to learn and supportive mindset

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 to 5:00
Saturday : 8:45 to 1:00
