An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Answering inquiries regarding flight schedules, dos and don’ts to the customers.
2. Assist in customers in all queries and resolved issues.
3. Every day check the ticket booking dead line.
4. Sell tickets to passengers in accordance with their requests
5. Make reservations and book travel tickets for customer and guests
6. Book flight tickets for clients, customers and our package tour
7. Issue the tickets & prepare the exchange order
8. Ensure customers’ name and identification are correct
9. Preparing payments
10. Responsible for customer service
11. Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information
12. Support marketing and promotional project or events
13. Update database for customer information and maintain record of ticket sales
14. Assist to ticketing supervisor & manager
15. Ensured customers with special needs get required facilities
16. Daily and monthly report

Job Requirements

1 to 2 years experience in ticketing
Knowledge of ticketing and booking software
Good customer relations and service
Able to work under pressure and overtime (if necessary)
