Duties and responsibilities:


• Make air-tickets and reservation, quote fare and send to customers or Agents.
• Gather market and client information, and following up with visits to develop new markets
• Provide consultation for clients on the services provided
• Implementing sales strategies and targets
• Call customers to advise of event changes and/or cancellations; as may periodically be required
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate up-to-date information
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve clients’ conflicts
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Over (2) year experiences
• Understand the SABRE, GALILEO, ABACUS and AMADEUS systems
• You must be motivated to sell, quick and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high performance standards.
• Hard working, motivated, and well groomed.
• Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving and teamwork
• Creative, innovative, and assertive.
• Adaptability to change.
• Basic presentation skills.
• Integrity fulfilling commitments.
• Ability to communicate in both verbal and written English.
• Capability of communicating positively with guests to establish their needs efficiently and courteously
• Proficient computer and typing skills
• Cash management/POS experience required
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team setting
• Previous experience with ticketing software an asset.
