- Handling daily inquires process
- To handle customer complain
- Manage day to day sale invoice and report
- Responsible for customer service
- Assist in customers in all queries and resolved issues.
- Issue and record Ticketing and reservation
- Make reservations and book travel tickets for customer and guests
- Book flight tickets for clients, customers and our package tour
- Issue the tickets & prepare the exchange order
- Ensure customers’ name and identification are correct
- Responsible for customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information
- Assist to ticketing supervisor & manager
- Ensured customers with special needs get required facilities

Job Requirements

 Singapore Citizen/PR
 Should be able to speak English and Burmese
 Minimum one or two years experience in reservation and ticketing field
 Expert knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, domestic and international airlines) will be more prefer.
 Customer Service Oriented
 Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel.
 Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
