- Operation တြင္ေတြ႕ၾကံဳလာမည့္ကိစၥအ၀၀ကိုကိုင္တြယ္ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ရမည္။

Responsibility & Duties
- ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားအတြက္ တိုက္ရိုက္ဖုန္းဆက္ျခင္း / ေျဖဆိုျခင္းမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ရန္။

- ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားအတြက္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ Travels Supplier မ်ားႏွင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။

- ခရီးစဥ္ေရးဆြဲျခင္းမ်ား၊ ဟိုတယ္စီးစဥ္ျခင္းမ်ား၊ ပို႔ေဆာင္ျခင္းမ်ား အစရွိေသာ အလံုးစံုေသာ After Salesပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားတြင္္္Customer အတြက္ Operation Process ကိုေသခ်ာစြာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္။

- အျခားေသာ ခရီးသြားေအဂ်င္စီမ်ား၊ Supplier မ်ားႏွင့္ ခိုင္မာေသာ Relationship ကို တည္ေဆာက္ရန္..။

- ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာProvider မ်ား၊ Supplier မ်ားႏွင့္ ေစ်းႏွဳန္းမ်ားကို တြက္ခ်က္ညွိႏွိုင္းျပီး ရယူေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္..။

- ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာ စာရြက္စာတန္း၊ ေလယာဥ္လက္မွတ္၊ ခရီးသြားအာမခံ အစရွိသည္တို႔အေပၚတြင္ လိုအပ္ေသာ အၾကံညဏ္မ်ားကို မိမိ၏ိCustomer ႏွင့္ Agent မ်ားအားေပးသြားရန္..။

- Company FB Page တြင္ခရီးစဥ္မ်ား၊ Promotion Post မ်ား၊ Update ျပဳလုပ္ရန္ Messenger မွ Customr မ်ား လာေရာက္ေမးျမန္ထားေသာ Enquiry မ်ားေျဖၾကားျပီး မိမိ၏ အထက္လူၾကီးမ်ားအား Enquiry Report မ်ားကို တင္ျပရန္..။

- မိမိေရးဆြဲထားေသာ ခရီးသြား Program မ်ားႏွင့္ လမ္းေၾကာင္းမ်ားကို ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျပီး အေသခ်ာဆံုးျဖစ္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္..။
