An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- To arrange itinerary/ Tour Program
- Hotel / Flight / Transport Booking
- Cost Calculate and Prepare Quotation
- To assist in responding to all reservations enquires through all mediums including emails, online chat and phone calls within a timely and professional manners
- Processing new applications for all residences within 24 hours of receipt
- Dealing with complaints and problems telephonically or in person
- Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
- Providing advice about visas or passports
- Taking and inputting reservations
- Up-selling or offering a more expensive room to the customer
- Processes reservation from the sales office, other hotel departments and travel agents
- Knows the types of rooms available as well as their location and layout

Job Requirements

- At least (2) years experiences in Travel & Tours
- University graduate
- Diploma (or) Certificate of Travel & Tours
- Excellent command spoken English Language
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Good at Microsoft Word & Excel, Email
- Good knowledge of websites & software
