Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•Acts on a daily basis to achieve the company KPIs performance.
•Well understands and maintains the quality standards of the customer.
•Monitors the production in the factory end to end full time on a daily basis.
• Works together with the factory team to ensure that bulk production is consistent and is produced to the same standard as per the customer approvals.
• Works closely with the factory team to reduce the level of the defects found.
• Conducts on a daily basis in line quality checks (example 10 pcs check) and follow up on issues found.
• Is aware of the production status on a daily basis to alert issues to management.
• Conducts in-process audit and report on behalf of TQS Supervisor / Senior TQS Supervisor.
• Participates in Pre-Production Meetings and Style Launch.
• Alerts and advises to compliance team on any issue related to health and safety, environment and labor.

Job Requirements

• In-Process and Pre-final inspection of garments
• Analysis skill including root cause analysis, preventive and corrective action planning, and strong knowledge in AQL.
• Inspection skill and measuring in every step of production and packing and labelling inspection method.
• Technical management skill at quality management tool and knowledge in washing and testing process.
• Good in english, chinese is a plus, Microsoft suite normal usage.
• Garment construction, safety and testing , knowledge on machines.
• Basic knowledge in social compliance.
• Stress management, detail orientation and monotony tolerance, teamwork, result orientation.
• High school degree / associate degree.
• 4+ years in the apparel industry.
• Preference knowledge of EU and USA quality standards.
