• Creates PCs Performance reports and KPI updates • Generates outlet share, price compliance, numeric distribution reports • Creates weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly dashboards with ranking • Creates Actionable reports for the BA on KPI scores in order for her to close the gap in outlet • Provides sales evolution info by outlet, geography and sales hierarchy • Generates assets evaluation reports • Generates promo evaluation reports • Provides Marketing with marketing campaigns and survey evaluations • Consolidate monthly or quarterly objectives of all BA’s and make comments for rectification if objectives are not realistic • Generate periodic bonus scores
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from related field • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales • Very Good command of English (verbal and written)• Experiences in Fast Moving Consumer Goods is preferred• Strong analytical and presentation skill
