• Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to implement customer/channel specific category plans based on strong shopper insights in order to achieve strategic objectives i.e. agreed level of volume, value, profitability and market share• Contribute to BDF long-term category strategy planning: provide BDF management and Line Manager with category, channel, shopper and customer information as well as competitor intelligence to conduct business analysis for future planning.• Contribute to the development of Category strategy (3-5 years): provide category, market and channel trends to ensure that Category strategy are developed based on strong and integrated shopper, channel and customer insight.• Assist in the development of integrated insights of channel, category, shopper by providing appropriate information from market analysis & research.• Assist in the development and update pro-active company BTL activity plans by category. The plans must be aligned with category strategy and marketing plans and offer competitive pricing and customer front margin in each channel.• Forecast the production volume by liaise with Demand Manager, Production/Supply Chain team for existing SKUs and NPD using the numbers from forecast tracking, sales bottom-up and company activity plan.• Work closely as ONE TEAM with sales, BA/PC and merchandising teams to ensure excellent in-store execution.
Bachelor degree in Business related fieldsMinimum experiences 5-7 years in Trade Marketing with background in FMCG industry is preferred.Experiences in managerial level in international organization.Experience in team management.Strategic / Logical Thinking.Excellent level of English, both speaking and writing.
