Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Create, schedule and implement channel plans according to the Master Calendar and Sales Cycles.
2. Create, communicate and drive the follow up the execution of the Sales Cycle.
3. Ensure availability of strategic POSM, including permanent and promotional items, required for the assigned channel.
4. Evaluate efficiency of the channel activities according to established finance procedure.
5. Identify and activate incremental sales opportunities within the assigned channel.
6. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate the channel needs on an ongoing basis.
7. Utilize data and consumer insights to provide recommendations to drive HNMM brands market share.
8. Keep track on the channel monthly targets (Sales Volume and Execution KPIs).
9. Lead the process of innovating and optimization of the channel visibility and profitability.
10. Track and report on the channel budget allowance.
11. Provide channel data and reports upon a request.
12. Regularly visit market, providing specific insights and constructive feedback on areas of improvement.
13. Close cross functional cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Supply chain teams.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Working knowledge of MS Officer (Words,Excel,PowerPoint)
- Dynamic , self-motivated with interpersonal and Communication skills
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Positive and never give-up attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Teamplayer
- Posses a valid driving licence
- Language Proficiency in English & Burmese
