Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Know information about market of branch: population, square, number of BTS, channel & activity of competitors, number of school, company, organization, and local government units.
-Manage, export goods/POSM/ business tools from store of branch for business center based on stock limit, remaining goods in store and selling result
-Request goods, business tools and POSM from HQ to ensure enough for business of branch.
-Ensure POSM, communication material based on suggest of Supervisors
-Monitors and approve the deployment POSM on POS of salesman and Agent follow guideline of Mytel
-Do based on orientation of HQ
-Actively suggest to vice director program to push sale and image.
-Ensure all condition to organize sale program.
-Co-work with area sale manager make plan to organize program at each business center.
-Support sale area manager, vice director for get monitor, report, analyze and evaluate result of sale program.
-Pays all expenses related to the marketing program of branch, keeps invoices and performs settlement with finance department of branches at the end of the month.
-Update frequently, remember and understand clearly policy of Mytel to train staffs, consultant, sale and care customer.
-Know software systems and application on mobile phone to support staffs all issues related to use software system
-Report weekly, monthly, year about sales activities follow guideline and regulation of company

Job Requirements

1. Education/professional knowledge
- Education: University or higher level
- Professional knowledge: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic, International business.
2. Relevant work experience
- At least 2 years in the same position of telecommunication or FMCG filed. Have knowledge of distribution channels in the telecommunications sector, knowledge about the planning and execution of business operations
3. Foreign language level
- English: (Writing, Speaking, Reading, Reading Good)
4. Management skills
- Making plan, supervising plan
- Able to inspect, evaluate plans, works & personnel capability
- Skills of summarization, database analysis, trend analysis, report
Other skills
- Good at expression, communication
- Good at office computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adapt quickly to changes in business conditions
