TrueMoney Myanmar has an exciting opportunity at their Yangon Head Office for Trade Marketing Project Manager.
The successful candidate will be integral in the success story of TrueMoney and will responsible for driving Cross Functional Operation with end-to-end with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Creating a merchandising strategy and execution plan.
• Executing with end-to-end branding and merchandising to all TrueMoney agents nationwide.
• As the Project owner of branding and must own the whole supply chain related to branding execution. This includes:
o Planning, Allocation, Distribution and Monitoring merchandising execution as part of Sales KPIs
o Managing branding and POSM stock levels; replenishing when needed. Optimizing the ongoing production of branding elements.
o Create POSM merchandising execution plan using TrueMoney in-house sales/distribution team.
o Ensuring that merchandising is being tracked and measured against pre-defined KPI’s.
o Creating and updating branding and merchandising dashboards.
o Optimizing the visual branding and POSM merchandising execution to ensure maximum efficiency, scalability and cost-savings.

• In addition to these tasks the following will also be expected of the successful candidate:
o Work exceptionally well with other groups and stakeholders.
o Setting up tracking measure and dashboards to measure the success of all branding and merchandising execution.
o Report to the head of marketing, sales and managing director of plans and results.
o Give input on activities that can boost the overall demand of TrueMoney products and services.
o Keep up to date with latest developments of CDC tax and branding stipulations as per government.
o Keep up to date with latest branding trends and optimizing POSM material as per trend.
o Coordinate with cross-functions such as sales, marketing, supply chain, purchasing and financial to ensure quality/quantity of promotion

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, project management or related field.
• 3 years working experiences as a trade marketing manager, sales manager or project manager.
• Experience in project management, sales, trade marketing or related field.
• Strong commercial outlook and understanding how branding and POSM drives growth.
• An in-depth understanding of the branding lifecycle and experience in optimizing this process.
• A problem-solver and pro-active change maker.
• Experience working in an international team with multiple nationalities.
• Google and Microsoft Applications
• Excellent English, mathematical and analytical skills.
