A Big Opportunity for ...

• Provide the planner and the schedules as required from the clients
• Distribute to the team members about the workloads and schedules that has arranged with the heads from different department
• Follow all the processes and trouble shoot all the arising problems.
• Coordinate all courier deliveries to the related clients
• Inform the team about the revised from the clients
• Ensure the revisions are strictly checked
• Confirm the work process are ongoing and report it to the related heads
• Monitor the communication and work between departments
• Update the schedules, plans, workloads as needed.
• Negotiate the schedules, plans, workloads with the man power.
• Equivalent the process and times to the team member
• Monitor the progress of a campaign
• Maintain the campaign archives for new marketing channels
• Revise the media outlets as suggested by clients
• Organize the schedules for marketing plans, and advertising media.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Must have a least 1 year experience in related field
- Can communicate English
- Can use MS office word, excel, power point
- Strong social media knowledge and advertising skill
- Excellent communication skill is also another important skill that a traffic coordinator must have
- Creative and proactive in solving the arising problems.
