- Make PPT and videos and other training materials.
- Translation from English to Burmese.
- Analyze regional trainers training execution data, exam data and check regional trainer weekly plan and plan execution situation.
- Give training to new sales staff, and evaluate the training results to help improve trainee sales ability.
- Timely feedback market information, and support & suggest Sales department work.
- Coordinate between regional trainers to help improve their work efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above. Good English skills, including listening, writing and speaking.
- Good Microsoft skills, including PPT and Excel, especially for date analysis.
- Have smartphone related working experience.
- Have a good understanding of YGN smartphone market is a reference.
- Located in YGN office, accept travel sometimes.
