Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

ROLE PURPOSE

You will design and deliver the Sales, Service and Career Skills training programs ensuring knowledge-transfer and performance support processes using our internal framework. You are also responsible for providing learning material to the Learning Channel team. Your main goal is to ensure that all training programs are effective and provide optimal learning experience that enhance employees’ sales & service skills which would contribute towards achieving business results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver training programs using adult-learning principles and facilitation skills
• Prepare high quality training material, learning-aids, & performance-tools and ensure logistics of your training programs
• Continuously improve the quality of the programs
• Work with Learning Channel team to deliver on-line training and ensure after-training supports
• Work closely with all team members in the department. Be a team player by performing other assignments (not limited to sales & service programs) that would advance the team towards realizing its goals and vision
• Monitor training effectiveness through formal and informal feedback mechanisms

Knowledge & Skills

Essential
• Passion for training and well-versed with modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Ability to plan and manage time effectively
• Team-player: willing and able to collaborate with associates at all levels.
• Motivated to seek out answers, generate innovative ideas, and develop new skills
• Maintain a keen awareness of sales & service best practices and business literature
• Continuously improving your facilitation and training skills

Education & Special Training

Essential
• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Finance or related areas

Experience

Essential

• Well-versed in Service Quality Management and Sales Techniques
• Experience in sales & service industry (or) soft-skill training
• Experience in classroom management and facilitation skills and adult learning principles

Languages

Essential
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills in both Myanmar and English
