• Leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce.

• Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs.

• Develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs.

• Oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment.•

Job Requirements

• Must have University Degree or more prefer MBA Degree

At least 3 years’ experience designing and delivering training.

Knows the basic of Coaching Techniques , Mentoring Techniques and Performance Monitoring Techniques .

Knowledgeable of the Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Methodologies .

Strong planning and organization skills .

Ability to prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously .

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across geographies, cultures, business units and at all levels of the organization. •

Strong problem diagnosis and resolving skills, developing options and implementing solutions.

Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation .

Must be good in MS OFFICE Applications o Microsoft Word o Microsoft Excel o Microsoft Powerpoint.
