• Oversee & manage the training of staff to meet required KPI for training programs implemented as agreed and monitoring staff training performance by department working collaboratively with Dept. Managers. • Assists the HR Manager and Dept. Managers to draft and IMPLEMENT training road maps for designated roles within Kospa Limited. • Ensures that Kospa and Metro training initiatives are coordinated and integrated working collaboratively with Metro Management as instructed by the HR Manager.• Assists the HR Manager and Dept. Managers to manage third-party training providers by issuing briefs and managing administration including contracts, invoicing and delegate nomination and scheduling.• Assists Dept. Managers and Metro to ensure that Training Results and Evaluations and tracked, communicated and filed.• Manages and schedules Safety and Environmental Training requirements for staff as instructed by the HR Manager.• Assists the HR Manager and Dept. Heads to develop presentation materials and training evaluation, including translation, training handout development and presentation (PowerPoint) development.• Assists the Recruiters to provide interview training and coaching for management and staff as required.• Remains abreast of industry developments and subject matter trends for training management.• Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to Kospa policies and procedures by following the required Delegation of Authorities, IT, financial and other procedural guidelines as mandated.
1. HR training professional with 3+’ experience in a senior role preferably with 3PL or FMCG distribution in Myanmar market. Some international experience (Singapore Thailand Malaysia) preferred but not essential.2. Strong background in factory retail or large hospitality functional training. 3. Demonstrable experience managing training and development in an organization 100+ staff members or Assistant HRM role.4. Strong presentation and communication skills. 5. Some knowledge of Safety Legislation an advantage.6. Sound IT skills with emphasis on MS Office particularly PowerPoint7. English competency
