• Well understanding of the training nature, developing effective training content utilizing a variety of media
• Salary up to 1,600,000 MMK

About the company
Our Client is one of the leading mobile financial service company.

The Role
• You will be responsible for developing trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.
• Designing and implementing programs to suffice and fulfill skill development needs and mainly conducting the trainings and workshops as trainer
• Conduct follow – up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years related working experience
• Have qualification in human resources, business administration or related field
• Self – motivated, love challenges and able to work under a pressure environment
• Willing to travel within Myanmar Region to conduct training
• Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces
