- Effective Training program for Customer Service and Sale
- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis , appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resource
department
- Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
- Consider the Costs of planned programs and keep within budgets
- Plan and assess the return on investment of any training or development programmer
- Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Degree Holder , Human Resources or relevant field
- Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
- Experience in sales or customer Service Trainer positions is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Additional certification in training is a plus
