Role: Retail Trainer is responsible for training and provide the consulting to suppliers of our partner, the Retailer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify the training needs.
• Develop the training content and material
• Schedule appropriate training sessions.
• Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
