An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Training Manager will be responsible for overall execution of training program.
• To prepare route training plan for Field trainers and monitor their performance.
• Daily/weekly/monthly reports on training schedule, results and productivity.
• Training manager have to ensure better productivity and discipline thru rigorous training sessions.
• He/She must ensure constant productivity from PGs & Supervisors..
• Should always be updated with our products and competition product features.
• To prepare and circulate necessary competition benchmark reports on regular basis.
• He/She to keep sharing competition actions and activities at their assigned outlets.
• To closely work with Sales team to understand their need.
• To work with complete loyalty and ethics, should never get involved in wrong practices.

Job Requirements

Graduate.
Prior experience in training in Telecom/Handset industry is must.
Minimum 5 years’ experience is mandatory.
English speaking will be added advantage
