POSITION PURPOSE
Training Manager is responsible for improving the productivity of our employees and channel partners. The challenge of the role is to Design and implement training program to suffice and fulfill skill development needs and mainly conducting the trainings and workshops as trainer/facilitator to our employees, our distributors and their 6000-agents/retail outlets around the country.

KEY RESULT AREAS
This position is responsible for the effective development, coordination and delivery of training and development programs. The training expert assesses developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees and channel partners. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Conduct training needs analysis
2. Develop effective training content/materials utilizing a variety of media.
3. Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.
4. Develop and maintain communications to ensure employees & channel partners have knowledge of events and general information.
5. Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget.
6. Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
7. Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.
8. Designing and implementing programs to suffice and fulfill skill development needs and mainly conducting the trainings and workshops as trainer/facilitator
9. Drive training activities, and ensure that training programs are arranged in alignment with development frameworks and models
10. Deliver / facilitate training to CL/MCL and Channel Partners.
11. To facilitate all relevant systems & functional training (All supporting Systems) across the organization and related partners (DTR, CSE (Distribution), CRE (Retail), DSE (Enterprise) and POS.
12. Collaborate with other departments/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement opportunities and Modify programs as needed.
13. Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
14. To ensure accurate, appropriate, efficient and effective implementation of training programs for the development of Channel partner where needed, to support to the overall corporate success

Job Requirements

1. Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
2. At least 5 years related working experience.
3. Self-motivated, love challenges and able to work under a pressure environment.
4. An experienced trainer who has a penchant to develop and train others, preferable from a telecommunication or related industry.
5. Has good communication skills and comfortable to interact with all levels in the organization.
6. Enjoy working in a team and a team player.
7. Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
8. Willing to travel within Myanmar Region to conduct training.
9. Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces with different functions
