Responsibilities:

• Prioritizes learning needs, based on current and future capability requirements, liaises with line managers for development of learning programme materials, selects suitable internal trainers and external vendors and provides necessary support for delivering different learning programmes.
• Manages communication of learning calendars and employee participation across various learning programmes and analyses evaluation scores and post-learning feedback from the employees

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any graduate, prefer in business administration (Dip in HRD course).
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR field preferable in development function.
• Strong in computing skill, language skill, interpersonal skill and teamwork player.
• Require competencies which need to apply appropriate training, process & methodologies for performance improvement.
• Sourcing appropriate training vendors for delivering necessary training & maintain effective communication with them.
• Develop and retain training material to the highest standards for internal and external courses.
• Monitor & administrate training course and expenditures are within time frame and budget costs.
• Review & analysis of training vendors, materials and curriculum in order to align with our corporate objectives.
