KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Improve efficiency in branch operations by conducting trainings related to processes, procedures, workflows and customer journeys
• Align learning with business needs in a dynamic business environment
• Collaborate with business owners for resources and training needs analysis
• Utilize adult learning principles in designing and delivering online as well as classroom training
• Design and produce learning materials such as PowerPoint slides, workbooks, handouts and performance tools
• Manage and prepare training logistics as needed
• Support Yoma Performance Development Center’s vision of cultivating a progressive learning culture

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Knowledge & Skills
Essential
• Proactive individual with a strong affinity for learning & development
• Detail-oriented with an efficiency mindset
• Good team player with willingness and ability to collaborate with associates at all levels
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)
• Good analytical and research skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with adult learning principles is highly desirable

Education & Special Training
Preferred
• University Graduate

Experience
Essential
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in operational environment of any field, or good grasp of knowledge on Kaizen, Lean & Six Sigma or discipline of operations management are highly desirable

Languages
Essential
• Proficiency in speaking, writing and typing in Myanmar language (English language is a plus)
