> Perform optical fiber outside plan for voice and data fixed access, BTS access line, backbone and related pole / duct line.
> Manage vendors in encompassing design, implementation at a field level.
> Ensure efficiency, stability, reliability and optimization of optical fiber.

> Fluent in English and Myanmar languages
> Having advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
> Having prior working experience for Telecommunication, especially fiber construction management experience
> Having knowledge about Mobile and/or Fixed telecommunication
> Having good tie and the ability to multitask
> Must be dependable and trustworthy
> Must be self-motivated, focused, and persistent
